Just so you know, making sure that every Chintrill chinchilla is content, healthy, and has access to the most fulfilling and enriching life possible is our top focus. In light of this, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

We work hard to make sure that every animal is adopted by all-time families at the ideal moment, that they have enough time to form the strongest possible bonds with their new family, and that you have the healthiest and most pleasurable experience possible! Please be sure you can take custody of the chosen animal within two to three weeks of the “ready” date specified on their bio page before making your selection.

Without a deposit, we are unable to retain a pet. To hold an available baby for you, a non-refundable deposit (usually $100-$150, but could be more depending on the color and duration you want us to reserve the chinchilla). This deposit is included in the “full purchase” option, and it will be deducted from the total price.

Although we strive to create the most comfortable and supportive environment possible for all of our breeding Chinchillas—we even go as far as to stream Barry White for them—we cannot promise births at any point in time but we shall be truthful in our estimations of when things will happen. We value your patience as you interact with us and our paired animals.
