We always work hard to establish and uphold a family atmosphere at Chintrills , and we welcome you to join us here. Our animals are more than just property to us. From birth, they become family members and are not merely pets. As a result, we never think that selling to our adopted families means that our relationship is over. Everybody who adopts one of our animals becomes a part of our extended family and strengthens the unique link we share with our chinchillas. We adore it when our extended families send us updates via email, post photos on Facebook, set up their own Instagram pages, and ask us for clarification or assistance on anything regarding their new addition.

We ask that each potential adoptive family read, comprehend, and agree to our Terms Of Adoption since our top priority is the safety and well-being of our pets, closely followed by the contentment and happiness of our adopted families.
