Our main focus here at ChinTrills is the health, safety, and longevity of the Chinchillas born into our family. All of our Chinchillas, to the best of our knowledge, are healthy at the time of sale. We do offer a 4-week health guarantee on all Chinchilla purchases

One of the main factors in the health of an animal is nutrition, and because of this, we require that all ChinTrills families use either the ChinTrills brand food and treats that we approved before pickup/delivery. If you choose to use an unapproved nutrition source, you will void any warranty provided and may lose the ability to purchase future Chinchilla from our family. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any veterinarian expenses incurred after possession of the animal has been transferred. In the event of a genetic or congenital issue resulting in the death of the animal after the 4-week health guarantee, a replacement or partial refund may be negotiated.

Payments through electronic means (that is….. Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) and of course cash are always welcomed if you are coming for pick up. All deposits are non-refundable. Each “full purchase” payment also includes the non-refundable deposit amount that is subject to this withholding, and by choosing to adopt from ChinTrills, you acknowledge and accept this.

We want all our Chinchillas to be happy and healthy throughout their entire lives, so if, for any reason, you become unable to provide a suitable home for the Chinchilla, and a new home needs to be located, we understand and encourage all our adoptive families to contact us first. We will do everything we can to help relocate the animal and, when possible, provide appropriate compensation. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a Chinchilla for reasons other than the health of the Chinchilla upon receipt, replacement will be at the discretion of ChinTrills .

Once payment or deposit is received, you can arrange the pickup, delivery, or shipping of your new Chinchilla through email or phone. Just to let you know, shipping is an additional fee and will be due in accordance with the agreement of ground or air transport. More information can be found HERE.
